As we often get requests to provide complementary services for our ClearCase add-on tools, we decided to take up the gauntlet and provide services along with selling our toolset. These services provide a turn-key solution that can be tailored to the specific needs of customers.

The services are provided by experienced SCM, ClearCase, ClearQuest and RTC experts, either remotely or on-site.

Here is a list of the professional services we provide for each part of our toolset:

ClearCheck – Automatic and continuous health checks for ClearCase VOB databases:

Fix ClearCase problems that are found by ClearCheck
Customize reports
Integrate ClearCheck with nightly backups
Daily health report can be sent to us directly for analyzing and fixing problems
Run it as a service (remotely from our cloud)

R&D Reporter (Development Intelligence Solution):

Meet with stakeholders for requirement analysis
Analyze client needs and recommend required reports
Add ClearCase attributes for required information
Customize R&D Reporter reports
Integration with development processes such as a build process
Customize (or install) RTC and build individual dashboards. See an example.
Schedule reports using triggers, and create automatic reports
Integration with Jenkins or similar Continuous Integration tools.
Manager training (learn about R&D Reporter for managers)
Integration with issue trackers / planning systems such as ClearQuest, RTC, Jira and Quality Center
Integration with testing tools in order to achieve Continuous Testing

ClearEnv (Rapid Developer Environment Setup):

Analyze customer needs
Customize work environment for each development team
Upgrade customers’ development methodology and implement with ClearEnv, e.g. Agile, Scrum, etc.
