We offer GitLab technical support and customer service for European GitLab users, which takes in account European languages and timezones.
As it is known, GitLab comes in three tiers, one upon another, Free, Premium, Ultimate:
The most basic level is Gitlab Free (in the past called Core or Community Edition). This is a free edition, available also in GitLab’s public cloud (gitlab.com). It can be self-hosted or installed in a VM in any cloud you prefer (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
GitLab Free comes with an impressive set of features but without the manufacturer’s customer support. Therefore we at ALM Toolbox offer our technical support, with an option of a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Our SLA is adapted to the needs of European customers and guarantees fast high-quality support.
